Remembering is recognizing that something is no longer ours, and that we are alone with their image.  This documentary is the story of people who need to remember a specific ‘last moment’, to remember everything.

Agustín Goiburú was the most important Paraguayan political opponent to the Stroessner regime in Paraguay. He disappeared in Paraná, in the province of Entre Ríos, Argentina, where he was exiled. He disappeared in 1976, during the Operación Cóndor*. We intend to enter a whole political context through the memories of Agustín Goiburú´s three sons: Rogelio, Jazmín and Rolando. We will rebuild their images, their last images of their father. This is how we begin an intimate memory exercise, telling the story of a whole country for the past 35 years. It is an attempt to make, a documentary film on this subject for the very first time in Paraguay.
